What we do

We provide financial planning consultations and financial management guidance focused on business succession and continuity planning for businesses operating in Thailand. We do not provide investment advice, securities advice, business valuation services, or legal representation. Where a situation requires any of those, we will say so and point you to an appropriate professional.

Using this website

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided to help you understand whether our services might suit your situation. It is not advice tailored to your particular business. Acting on it without a consultation with us does not create an advisory relationship, and we accept no responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of the site content alone.

You may use this site for your own personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, or republish its content without our written permission.

Inquiries and engagement

When you submit the inquiry form, we use the details you provide only to respond and, where appropriate, to propose an engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A consulting engagement begins only when we and you have agreed the scope and terms in writing.

Once an engagement begins, the specific scope, fees, timing, and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement between us. Those terms take precedence over anything general said on this site.

Fees

Fees for a continuity planning engagement depend on the scope and complexity of the work and are agreed with you in writing before any paid work begins. We do not publish a price list because the work is shaped to one business at a time. See our refund policy for the terms that apply once a fee has been agreed.

Your responsibilities

To work effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate and reasonably complete information about your business. A continuity plan built on incomplete information can miss the very risks it is meant to cover. We will tell you plainly when we believe information is missing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a continuity plan, including losses caused by the plan not being followed by third parties outside our control.

Intellectual property

The continuity plan and supporting documents we prepare for you are licensed to you for use within your business. We retain ownership of our underlying methods and templates. You may not resell or sub-license our work to other businesses.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement between us are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be brought before the competent courts of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our practice develops or as the law requires. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Engagements already underway continue on the terms agreed at the time.
