Privacy policy (PDPA)

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it under Thailand's PDPA.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy describes how Titan Business Continuity Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Who we are

  • Legal name: Titan Business Continuity Planning Co., Ltd.
  • Tax ID (TIN): 0105927278463
  • Address: 139/4, Chaeng Watthana Road, 11120 Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand
  • Phone: +66-2-583-2947
  • Email: info@titan-passage.digital

What personal data we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through the inquiry form on this site:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (only if you choose to provide it)
  • The message you write, which may describe your business and your continuity planning question
  • The page on this site from which you sent the inquiry

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not collect data about your browsing behaviour. We do not buy personal data from any broker.

We use the information you send solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it is a fit, to propose and carry out a continuity planning engagement. Under the PDPA, our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and — once an engagement begins — the performance of a contract with you.

Where the data goes

Your inquiry is sent by a POST request to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and is delivered to our business email. It is not passed to any third-party processor. We do not use a third-party form service, a marketing automation tool, or a customer relationship management platform that shares data externally.

How long we keep it

If you only make an inquiry and no engagement follows, we keep the message and your contact details for up to 12 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete it. If an engagement begins, the relevant correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, consistent with ordinary Thai business record-keeping practice.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of data that is wrong
  • Request deletion where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (we will then stop using the data for that purpose)
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@titan-passage.digital. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores only your cookie-consent choice in your own browser, under the key tbcp-consent-v1. No analytics or advertising cookies are set. See our cookies page for the full storage inventory.

Security

We use ordinary, reasonable measures to protect the personal data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we do not expose your data to third-party services beyond the email delivery needed to respond to you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will not apply retroactively to data already collected under an earlier policy without your consent.
